1. The platform and the operator

AVERIQ is a recruitment technology and talent intelligence platform operated by AVERIQ GLOBAL HR SOLUTIONS - FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the Dubai Integrated Economic Zone / IFZA, Dubai, UAE framework.

2. Authorised access and user accounts

AVERIQ is a private business system. Accounts are issued by an administrator to named individuals; there is no public self-registration. Credentials must not be shared, users are responsible for activity under their account, and access ends when the underlying engagement ends.

3. Acceptable and prohibited use

  • Use candidate and client data only for the recruitment purpose it was provided for.
  • Do not export, copy or transmit records outside the permitted business process.
  • Do not attempt to access another client organisation's data or to elevate your own permissions.
  • Do not upload malicious files, or content you are not authorised to share.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, audit logging or rate limits.
  • Do not use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory or deceptive purposes.

4. Confidentiality and candidate information

Candidate records, client mandates, matching output, commercial terms and placement fees are confidential. Onward disclosure requires authorisation. Users must handle candidate personal data in line with the Privacy Policy and Candidate Privacy Notice, and must only submit candidates to clients through authorised workflows.

5. Client responsibilities

Client organisations are responsible for the lawfulness of their own hiring decisions, for the accuracy of the requirements they provide, for restricting access to their authorised users, and for handling candidate information they receive in line with applicable law and their agreement with AVERIQ.

6. Uploaded content

Users must have the right to upload the resumes, documents and information they submit. Uploaded content is stored in private storage and is accessible only to authorised users through authenticated, permission-checked access. AVERIQ may remove content that breaches these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The AVERIQ platform, its interface, and its matching and talent-intelligence architecture remain the property of AVERIQ GLOBAL HR SOLUTIONS - FZCO and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to a user or client. Data uploaded by a client remains that client's data as set out in the applicable agreement.

8. AI-assisted functionality

AVERIQ uses automated and AI-assisted technology to extract, structure, classify and compare candidate information and to surface stored matching indicators. These outputs are decision-support information only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete and must not be used as the sole basis for an employment decision. Users must review candidate information and exercise professional judgement, and must not use protected or sensitive characteristics for discriminatory ranking.

9. Recruitment decisions and no guarantee

Responsibility for recruitment decisions rests with the authorised human decision-makers. AVERIQ does not guarantee employment, interview selection, hiring, salary, placement, candidate suitability or client hiring outcomes.

10. Monitoring and audit

Material actions are recorded in an append-only audit log, including role changes, record changes, resume processing, manual review, imports and workflow events. Audit records may be reviewed for security and compliance purposes and cannot be altered by ordinary users.

11. Availability

AVERIQ aims to keep the platform available but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages and factors outside our control may affect availability. Any committed service levels are set out in the applicable client agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

Warranties, limitation of liability and indemnities are set out in the applicable client or service agreement and are subject to legal review. Subject to legal review

13. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where these terms are breached, where a security risk is identified, or where the underlying engagement ends. Records already created remain subject to the retention framework and audit obligations.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Governing law and jurisdiction: Subject to confirmation based on the company's applicable legal and contractual requirements. Subject to legal review
